Deposit & Cancellation Policies
Deposit Policy: To confirm a Vail, lodging reservation a deposit of 25% of the Vail hotel lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. Payment may be made with a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to schedule arrival forfeit $100 per unit cancelled. Cancellations made 31-60 days prior to scheduled arrival date forfeit the initial deposit of 25% of hotel lodging total. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date forfeit all monies received. Vail condo reservations upon which payments are not received on time are subject to immediate cancellation without refund of any monies received. Changes / Revisions to unit types, dates of stay, late check-in and early check-out are non-refundable when made 30 days or less prior to scheduled arrival.
Holiday Deposit Policy applies to reservations booked for December 21, 2011 -January 8, 2012.
A deposit of 50% of the lodging total is due at time of booking. Full and final payment is due by October 15 or reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Holiday Cancellation Policy applies to reservations booked for December 26-January 3.
Cancellations received prior to September 1, will forfeit $100 per unit cancelled. Cancellations received on or after September 1 will forfeit monies received to date. Travel Insurance may be added up to final payment date by calling 1-888-409-7749.
Terms & Conditions
•Rates and Occupancy: Rates are based on occupancy of 4 people for a two bedroom. Add $20 per night per extra person up to 6 people. Sales tax of 9.8% and resort fees of 4% are not included in the quoted rates. Rates and tax are subject to change without notice.
•Check-in/check-out: Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. A credit card imprint is required upon check- in for Security/damage deposit and incidental charges.
•Housekeeping Services: Limited housekeeping services include towel changes & trash removal.
•Rollaways, Highchairs & Cribs: Are available on a request basis at $25 per day rental fee. (Advance reservations are recommended)
•Garage Parking is only $10 per day per vehicle. All vehicles must be registered through the front desk. Due to limited parking space – two vehicles per unit maximum, no trailers, boats or campers.
•Pets: Pets are not allowed on Simba Run property.
